Would you like to work with us in a large and well-functioning home care service? Our lovely home care team consists of district nurses/general nurses, assistant nurses, and doctors who together are responsible for our patients registered in home care. As one of us is now trying out new challenges, we need a new colleague for the home care team.

Our friendly health centre is centrally located at Hässelby Torg, close to the subway. The health centre has just over 17,000 registered patients, of which approximately 300 are registered in home care. At our centre, you work in a multicultural environment where we value and strive for good meetings, good structure, and a pleasant work climate. Job Responsibilities:

Usual duties in home care with home visits and administrative work. You will have patient responsibility in your own area within a well-functioning team, working in close collaboration with other employees. We document in TakeCare and plan care in Lifecare.

Qualifications:

Licensed nurse/District nurse. Experience from home care is meritorious. B-driver's license.

Personal Attributes:

You should be able to work independently with your own responsibility and also have an easy time collaborating with others in the team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Employment Type:

Permanent position. Monday – Friday, full-time, part-time can be discussed. We apply flexitime. Start date by agreement.

For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council Healthcare Services (SLSO):

  • A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
  • Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational healthcare services before employment.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required, in addition to a Swedish professional license. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
