We are looking for a qualified nurse assistant to join SAAND Home Care. Here, you will become part of a dedicated and professional team with the client always at the center. As a nurse assistant in home care, you will provide personal care and practical support to our clients in their own homes. Duties vary according to individual client needs and may include:

• Personal care
• Assistance with meals and medication reminders
• Mobility support
• Practical services such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
• Social support and activation
• Documentation according to current procedures
• Collaboration with colleagues, coordinators, and licensed healthcare professionals to ensure safe and secure care

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified nurse assistant (protected title is advantageous)
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license
• Demonstrates a professional attitude and strong commitment to people
• Has experience working in care and healthcare, preferably within home care (advantageous)
