About us

Brobacken is a nursing home located right by the commuter train in Upplands Väsby. Brobacken is a special accommodation with 76 apartments divided into somatic and dementia departments.

About the position

We are now looking for new staff, two nursing assistants for day/evening shifts and one nursing assistant for night shifts.

Our task is to provide our clients with a meaningful, safe, and active everyday life. We work based on each client's individual needs.

Your mission is to motivate, provide good care, personal hygiene, and support the client in their daily life as well as participate in and carry out activities. There are also household chores such as laundry and cleaning. Medical tasks may occur on delegation from a nurse.

With us, you will work on a scheduled basis during the day, evening, and weekends. The night position is approximately 72 percent with the possibility of extension.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed training as a nursing assistant and proof of protected professional title
• Has experience in elderly care
• Is familiar with documentation, preferably in Pulsen/Combine where we document
• Can express yourself fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing to avoid misunderstandings

It is an advantage if you have training in dementia.

As a person, you are positive, stable, and good at collaborating. We also see that you are good at and enjoy creating relationships with others.
