We at Attendo are now looking for a Group Manager for Attendo Näsbyterrassen. Attendo Näsbyterrassen is a modern, newly built residence focused on sports and spa that opened in August 2024. We are located just next to Roslags Näsby station in a pleasant newly built area with cafes, restaurants, and greenery around the corner. The residence has 100 apartments, both for people with dementia and somatic diseases. At the top of the building, there are two large terraces, a spa and relaxation area, a large gathering hall, and a gym for our customers.

About the role

As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work alongside the team in daily care work. The role involves a present and supportive leadership in the operations where a larger part of the job is to work with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and are involved in developing and quality assuring the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values.

You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

Main tasks

  • Guide and work in daily care work together with the team.

  • Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team.

  • Personnel responsibility; recruitment, introduction of new employees, development talks.

  • Involved in developing and quality assuring the operations.

Qualifications

  • Trained nursing assistant or equivalent work experience preferably in elderly care.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

It is an advantage if you also have

  • Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning.

  • Experience in elderly care.
