We are now looking for new employees for the Special Educational Counseling Department. The Counseling Department is a nationally distributed department with approximately 140 counselors, divided into 9 units with offices from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. The units are led by unit managers, and we are now looking for 3 counselors for Counseling Unit 8, based at our office in Malmö.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of a counselor is a varied and stimulating assignment where you have great opportunities to plan your own work situation. Our special educational support is aimed at teaching, principal, and authority levels, and we are now looking for someone with education and experience in the field who wants to further develop at a state level. As a counselor, you will also be responsible for various capacity-building initiatives in the form of courses, webinars, and study packages based on scientific principles. You may also have the opportunity to represent the agency in substantive issues and collaborate with external actors and interest organizations to develop and create an equal education for students within the agency's target groups. You will have access to a wide network of various competencies within the special educational field, and in some assignments and tasks, you will work closely with colleagues from other units and different parts of the country.
