Merit AB is looking for teaching educators in Vocational Swedish in the Skåne region with delivery locations:

• Malmö
• Helsingborg
• Kristianstad

Merit conducts Vocational Swedish on behalf of the Employment Service with various focuses in collaboration with vocational training, with different educational providers and on-site at Merit. The teaching is closely tied to the participants and the professional language they need for their ongoing vocational training and for communication in their future profession.

We are looking for someone who can teach vocational Swedish, preferably with experience in one or more of the following vocational areas:

• Restaurant
• Care
• Cleaning
• IT
• and many other industries

The teaching educators we are looking for must meet at least one of the following requirements:

• A relevant vocational education of at least one (1) year full-time, and at least two (2) years of teaching experience in a vocational area for newly arrived or foreign-born individuals
• Pedagogical education of 60 credits or equivalent and at least two (2) years of teaching experience in Swedish for newly arrived or foreign-born individuals
• Education in Swedish as a second language corresponding to at least 30 credits and at least one (1) year of professional experience from one of the requested vocational areas.
