At Litteraturförskolan Dalhagen, we work with the vision of enhancing all children's language skills. We work thematically with literature in focus, as inspiration and as a working tool.

We now need to strengthen our happy team with an additional preschool teacher who has a positive attitude, is secure in their role, and has the ability to create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You need to be attentive and flexible to meet children's various needs and have a strong drive to develop the educational activities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed preschool teacher.
• Has experience and knowledge of pedagogical documentation and reflection.
• Can lead and inspire the team in the educational work.
• Is creative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Has the ability to adapt to changing conditions and is flexible in your work.
• Is confident in working with children aged 1–6 years and values the individual child's needs and development.

The preschool is run by Göinge New Life Church. The preschool does not have an explicit Christian profile, but we welcome those who share Christian values.
