Your role

As a teacher with us, you will teach Swedish, English, and social studies for grades 4–6. You will be responsible for:

• Planning, teaching, and evaluation.
• Documentation and communication via Schoolsoft.

Who are you?

We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4–6 in Swedish, English, and social studies. Experience in teaching is an advantage.

You are:

• Comfortable in multicultural environments and curious about new knowledge.
• Experienced in integrating cooperative learning and genre pedagogy in various subjects.

About us

The Department of Children and Education is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools. We work together for a learning environment where children, students, and employees succeed and can be their best. The department's mission is to coordinate, plan, and support the various activities and work for coordination between school and working life.

The position is located at Tyringe School. We have close collaboration and development work with the principal area for grades F-6 in Tyringe, Röke, Finja, and Västra Torup. In the area, we will work this school year with three focus areas: student participation, students' language skills, and safety and study peace.

Tyringe School has a fantastic location centrally located in Tyringe with proximity to nature, which is a great asset for students' development and learning. In close proximity to the school area, there is also Tyrehallen, Tyrshage, and Tyrs hov, a sports facility with a sports hall, swimming hall, ice rink, and bowling hall under one roof. The school is close to train and bus stations. We are a F-9 school with about 600 students, divided into two principal areas.
