Description

Are you working in the HR industry and looking for exciting new challenges? We are now seeking a substitute for one of our HR consultant positions due to parental leave!

As an HR consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work across all HR areas: workplace environment, rehabilitation, competence supply, legal and contractual issues, union negotiations, and internal training for the organization's managers.

You will work strategically and operationally across all areas and with the organization's five administrations.

The HR unit in Ljusdal municipality is a central function and is placed under the Municipal Executive Office.

Job Responsibilities

The role of HR consultant in Ljusdal municipality involves a varied and broad generalist role within the personnel area, where you have the opportunity to work both operationally and strategically. There will also be opportunities to deepen your knowledge in areas such as workplace environment, rehabilitation, or competence supply, based on your experience and interests.

As an HR consultant with us, you will represent Ljusdal municipality as the employer party and collaborate closely with your colleagues. You will provide our managers with support in HR-related issues from a consultative approach. In your work, you will have many partners both internally in the organization, union representatives, occupational health services, etc.

The area of work is very broad and includes, among other things, workplace environment, rehabilitation, salary review, recruitment, competence supply, interpretation of laws and agreements, individual cases, negotiations, and independently conducting internal training in the HR area to strengthen the municipality's managers. In HR, we use an HR support service that managers primarily turn to for advice and support in HR matters. The HR support is staffed by HR consultants based on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

You are a graduated HR professional or have an education that the employer assesses as equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience of qualified HR work recently and experience of HR work within the municipal sector.

As a person, you are driven, development-oriented, proactive, and always complete your assignments. You value good service, have a positive attitude, enjoy collaborating, and always act professionally. To fit in the role, you need to be self-sufficient and work independently, take responsibility, and have the ability to be flexible and adapt to the circumstances of the situation.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. To manage the assignment, you also need good knowledge of the Office suite. Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are also required. A driver's license is an advantage.
