Your Mission

Do you want to drive development and renewal in a small municipality with big ambitions? We are looking for someone with experience in leading development work with a systems perspective and sustainability in focus, who understands municipal operations and decision-making processes.

You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, and have good pedagogical and communicative skills in both speech and writing. You are accustomed to digital tools and see them as an obvious part of your work.

In this role, you support decision-makers with ideas and materials for well-founded decisions, drive quality and development issues, coordinate and lead processes, and implement and follow up on new working methods. The role also involves some handling, support, and development of various digital operational support systems. You troubleshoot, provide user support, and drive improvement work – always with the users' needs in focus.

With us, you will work on development projects related to sustainability, public health, and the municipality's adaptation to the new Social Services Act. We are facing exciting changes, including moving into a new special accommodation and creating a new municipal vision. You will work in a dialogue-based manner, both internally and externally, and contribute to innovation and renewal through, for example, service design.

Your position is located in the Economics and Development Unit, where we see exciting development together with our other strategists, coordinators, and economists.

Your personal qualities are of great importance. You have the ability to drive your own projects from start to finish in a structured manner. Being able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is also important. You think innovatively, develop ideas, and are willing to try new working methods to streamline and ensure quality. You need to be communicative, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy a consultative working style.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree and experience in process management and development projects. Personal suitability is important – you have a systems perspective, are pedagogical, results-oriented, and possess good leadership qualities. You have a B driver's license, are computer literate, and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have experience in governance, management systems, and project management, preferably within public operations.
