In labor market projects, we are a complementary actor to the Employment Service and one of Sweden's leading providers of job matching through the service Rusta and Matcha.

What the role of Coach entails:
- The role of the coach also involves networking with the local business community and maintaining good contacts with employers and educational providers.
- Mapping participants' needs and conducting individual development meetings. Assisting in creating application documents and marketing individuals and skills.
- Conducting coaching and motivational conversations-both physically and digitally.
- Providing information about job and educational opportunities.
- Employer visits and follow-ups at workplaces.
- Following up and documenting the participant's development throughout the process.
- Maintaining ongoing dialogue with the Employment Service.
To fit the role of Coach, we wish that you:
- Have a good network locally and regionally within the business community. Job opportunities and association contacts are highly desirable.
- Have previously worked with Rusta & Matcha or equivalent.
- Are driven, have a sales personality, and an interest in providing good service and helping others, as well as being solution-oriented and focusing on results.
- Have digital competence- we prefer that you are comfortable conducting digital meetings and documenting in digital tools.
- Have a good ability to plan and organize your work- work efficiently and for the individual's best.
- Are social and open to making new contacts and appreciate teamwork.
- Have a flexible attitude towards your work-can jump in where needed.
- Have good pedagogical and communicative skills.
- Speak good Swedish, additional language skills are an advantage.
- We view applicants with ambitions to develop within the company very positively- great importance will be placed on personal competencies, motivation, and commitment to the position.
- A driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
To be qualified for the position, you must also meet one of the following options according to the requirements set by the Employment Service:
Option 1
Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) in a field that the employer finds suitable for the position, as well as:
Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.
Option 2
Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade, as well as:
Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
- - Management with personnel responsibility.
- - Recruitment.
- - Transition work for job seekers.
- - Study and career guidance.
- - Handling in personnel matters (not just personnel administration).
- - Work with labor and labor market issues.
- - Work with social and group psychology.
- - Career guidance.
Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.

About the position
Employment rate: Part-time
