Hofors is a small locality close to everything, located along the E16 between Falun and Gävle. We have good train and bus connections to Gävle and further out into the country. In Hofors, there are plenty of opportunities for a rich outdoor life, with both an ice rink, swimming pool, ski slope, and illuminated trails, etc. Here you will find a strong clinic with a lot of knowledge that has a family-like atmosphere where we take care of each other. We have a varied patient clientele and a large catchment area, which means that both you and the clinic are constantly developing to meet different patient needs before they are potentially referred to specialists. The clinic has ten treatment rooms and together we are a team of 15 employees who help each other for the best care of the patients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a receptionist with us, you have the main responsibility for the reception, both in terms of physically staffing the reception and as the first contact by phone. You receive calls from patients, provide some advice, and book them for visits to the clinic as needed. Furthermore, you are responsible for sending out invitations and processing the lists we have linked to different patient groups. In summary, you, together with the clinic management, are responsible for good production planning at the clinic.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in reception work or customer service. You are very comfortable working with the phone as your primary tool and do not hesitate to pick up the receiver. You have excellent customer service skills, both on the phone and as the first contact person in the physical reception.

If you have a dental background, it is an advantage. The person assigned to the position will be trained in the most basic, dental-related questions that come in, to be able to meet customers in the best possible way.

The work requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are responsible, solution-focused, and have a structured approach to work. You are service-minded and attentive, which makes it easy for you to collaborate with colleagues and in meeting customers and patients.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
