We are currently looking for service-oriented individuals with experience in the service industry for exciting seasonal assignments with our clients throughout the Stockholm area. During the tire season in the spring, your workplace will be with one of the larger car dealerships, where your main focus will be on the workshop's customers.

Your responsibilities:

In the role of customer receptionist/service advisor, you are the face of the company and play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service. You will work with case management systems, CRM systems, and Excel. Your primary tools will be the phone and computer, where you communicate via chat, email, and calls.

Your qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you need to be service-oriented, quick to learn, and solution-focused. You should be positive, energetic, and able to perform at your best even during high tempo and seasonal work peaks. Patience, accuracy, and structure are essential, as is the ability to provide effective feedback to customers and colleagues.

We would like you to:

  • Have a few years of work experience in a service profession or a similar role
  • Have good computer skills and easily adapt to new systems
  • Have excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form
  • Hold a B driver's license

Application and start date:

This is a seasonal assignment starting immediately, with working hours scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday. The hours may vary between 7-16 or 9-18 depending on the assignment. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder, along with a consultant manager who supports you. There are also opportunities to be recruited by our client companies.
