Welcome to apply for the position of preschool assistant at Skogens preschool located in Vråen, Värnamo.

Responsibilities

As a preschool assistant, you meet the children and are part of the team. You have a unique opportunity to influence the conditions for each child's development through an exploratory and creative approach. By being present and curious about what the children are interested in, you can help create security and development for the children.

Your mission is to be part of the team and to actively participate in teaching, play, and education throughout the day. The work is done in a trusting manner and in close collaboration with colleagues and guardians.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a preschool assistant education who has a good understanding of the preschool's mission and curriculum. You have a pedagogical approach that combines professional care and teaching. You are clear and solution-oriented and have the ability to create engagement and joy in the workplace. We place great importance on personal suitability.
