JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker for the elderly, you will investigate and make decisions according to the Social Services Act. We focus on Esther's needs and actively work to enable our elderly to stay at home. A prerequisite for this is close collaboration with our colleagues in different parts of the implementation and HSL, a collaboration that we both appreciate and depend on. As a social worker, you will work with the operational system Combine, as well as with Cosmic Link where we communicate with the region.

QUALIFICATIONS

Social worker or currently studying in a social work program.
