Here you will meet a diverse group of users with different diagnoses and disabilities. The everyday life is full of variation, and you will play an important role in creating safety, structure, and meaning for each individual. You will work together with a dedicated and supportive team where we focus on the users' strengths, needs, and participation.

As a support educator, you will work both practically in everyday life and with a pedagogical development responsibility. This means that in addition to daily support, you will drive and develop the pedagogical direction and ensure that methodologies and working methods maintain high quality.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• supporting users in their daily lives and activities based on individual needs
• developing and ensuring the quality of social documentation, implementation plans, and pedagogical methods
• working with AAC and visual support, as well as contributing to a low-arousal and structured approach
• inspiring and guiding colleagues in pedagogical work
• evaluating and following up on methods and interventions together with the manager and team
• collaborating with relatives, guardians, daily activities, and health care teams

We are looking for someone who is secure, structured, and curious, with a genuine desire to work closely with people. You have good pedagogical skills, take responsibility, and can make independent decisions when needed. You are positive, solution-focused, and contribute to a work environment characterized by stability and respect. Patience, attentiveness, and clarity are important aspects of your approach.

The position is a permanent employment at 80 percent and involves work during the day, in the evening, and on weekends.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who is a trained support educator.
• Driver's license B.
• We place importance on personal qualities.
