Social Services - Färgaren

The Social Services operates from a holistic perspective on citizens' needs and therefore has a cohesive social administration that works with the entire mission of social services, under the motto "We support an independent life". We work purposefully to create an organization with high competence and quality. An organization with user participation where the individual's needs are at the center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Färgaren is a support and treatment residence for individuals with dependency issues/co-occurring disorders. We work with both women and men from the age of 20. The residence comprises 10 apartments.

We also provide outpatient care and work with individuals living in their own apartments throughout Nässjö municipality. A driver's license is therefore a requirement.

We operate from a CBT perspective which includes relapse prevention and MI among other things. We are careful to work evidence-based according to national guidelines. The national care and intervention program for addiction and dependency is of great importance to us.

QUALIFICATIONS

If you are interested in summer jobs with us or working as an hourly substitute during your studies or doing your internship within the execution and treatment of social services, you are warmly welcome to contact us for a joint meeting. Qualification-giving studies are suitable higher education or university education, for example, to become a social worker or treatment educator. Other relevant post-secondary education comprising at least two years of full-time studies or equivalent may also be considered.
