Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work 2-4 awake nights on a schedule (Even weeks) and additionally as needed.

We want you to be meticulous, reliable, and have your heart in the right place. Experience as a personal assistant or in the healthcare field is a merit but not a requirement. We prefer someone with experience working with children. The important thing is that you fit well with the client and can handle the tasks that need to be performed. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We particularly welcome female assistants. You who are applying should have the following qualities:

• Be a calm and secure person with your own drive.
• See and take responsibility for what needs to be done.
• Have a great ability to empathize with someone else's situation and perspective.
• It is important that you have experience working with children.
• You should be experienced and a quick learner.

Work shifts are primarily scheduled from 20:30 to 07:30. We are looking for hourly substitutes. There is a chance for fixed shifts every other (Even) week for the right person. Shifts are scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The girl is multiply disabled; she cannot move by herself at all. She cannot sit, stand, or hold up her head on her own. She is also blind. She needs help with everything. As an assistant, you must always think that you are her hands, feet, and eyes. The girl receives her nutrition and medication via a feeding tube. She also has epilepsy.
