What does the job entail? We are currently seeking personal assistants for a cheerful 19-year-old boy in Vetlanda. He is an active young man who needs support with personal hygiene, dressing, communication, and activities. The days are filled with energy and excitement; as an assistant to this young man, you should have good patience and work a lot with motivational efforts to support him in his daily life. You also need to work with low-effort responses.

He lives in his own accommodation in Vetlanda, so as an assistant, you will help the client with household chores and cooking. Our client enjoys coffee breaks, walks, cycling, and watching video games, so if you share these interests, that's a plus!

We are looking for someone who can work part-time, approximately 80-90%, and someone who can work extra as needed.

The working hours are spread over all hours of the day, but the shifts are varied and as follows:

• 16.10 - 20.00/21.00

• 20.00/21.00 - 07.30

• 06.30 - 19.30

• 09.00 - 21.00

• 21.00 - 09.00

About you - As a personal assistant, we would like you to be cooperative, attentive, responsible, and flexible. You should be a calm and secure person while also being active and alert. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as a candidate and the client, which can be decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

• you have a driver's license (manual),

• access to a car,

• are smoke-free.

It is advantageous if you

• have care experience or equivalent,

• have care education or equivalent.

Scope: Part-time 80-90% and extra as needed. Number of positions: 2. Start date: By agreement. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
