Part-time Assistant Needed for Female Client in Her 50s

What the Job Entails

As a personal assistant in this role, you will assist the client where her disability sets limits in her daily life. Tasks include personal care, household chores such as cooking and cleaning, support with communication, and various daily activities. The client is a social woman who enjoys spending time with others in her surroundings.

Requirements

Previous successful experience as a personal assistant or equivalent is desirable. Experience with alternative communication and autism or similar is also beneficial. Education in healthcare or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for someone who is motivating, responsible, and communicative. You need to be attentive to get to know the client and be able to read and respond to her appropriately. You can work in a motivating manner and take your own initiatives to make the client's daily life as good and rewarding as possible. A driver's license is required as you will occasionally drive as part of the job. You are smoke-free and have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

• Part-time assistants who can work as needed
• Working hours include days and weekends. Shifts are typically between 9 AM - 4 PM, 10 AM - 4 PM, and 11 AM - 4 PM (but times can be discussed)

• You will receive an introduction and the opportunity to shadow an experienced assistant
