About the position

We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a wheelchair-bound woman in her 28s living in Jönköping. The tasks include daily routines, personal hygiene, assistance during meals, and dressing and undressing. Our client is an active woman who speaks for herself and enjoys exercising. Other interests include cooking, baking, crafting, or relaxing in front of the TV in the evenings.

We can offer you a part-time position with fixed hours every Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM, as well as fixed hours every other Saturday from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Additionally, there may be extra shifts as needed due to absences in the workgroup.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who apply for this position are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. You should have good physical health as there will be some lifting involved. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the client. This can be decisive in the final selection.

It is required that you

• have experience working as a personal assistant or in healthcare

• have an interest in fitness.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

If you will be working with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, which means that the background check will include both an extract from the criminal record and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
