Personal Assistant Wanted

We are currently looking for personal assistants for one of our clients, a man in his 40s living in his own apartment in Jönköping. He enjoys living an active life that includes activities both at home and outside. He requires assistance around the clock and is now looking to add to his team; perhaps you are the right fit for him!

What the Job Entails

The job requires you to be engaged, unpretentious, professional, and above all, have a positive attitude towards the work - you will become an important part of his life. Your tasks will include personal care, household chores, assisting with daily activities, and participating in activities outside the home such as training and swimming. The client enjoys being outdoors, so you should have the mindset of “clothes for the weather.” Double assistance may be required for certain activities. Transfers will occur, and aids are available.

What is Required

To ensure a good match, we believe you are a person with high personal maturity. You are calm, attentive, proactive, and have good collaboration skills. You have studied care and nursing and/or have experience working in care and nursing, preferably with experience in epilepsy. It is an advantage if you are in good physical shape to keep up with activities and similar tasks. To be considered for the position, you must be smoke-free, not allergic to chlorine since our client swims, and you must be proficient in Swedish both spoken and written. The client swims twice a week, so it is important that you can swim and are prepared to be in the water with the client in public places.

• Part-time position of about 25% (1 shift per week, every Tuesday 16:00-07:30)
• Start: Immediately
• Working hours include day/evening, sleeping night (waiting time 6.5 hours)
• You will receive an introduction and the opportunity to shadow an experienced assistant
