Garden's Nordic support organization is now seeking reinforcement for the upcoming season. With us, you will be part of a dedicated team that works daily to provide high-quality support to both end consumers and retailers across the Nordics. We operate in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, collaboration, and customer focus are central. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop in a role that combines customer contact, administration, and light technical support, where your contribution makes a concrete difference for both our customers and our internal teams.

About the role

In this role, you will work with incoming cases via our ticket management system Zendesk. You will provide quick, accurate, and service-oriented support to both end consumers and retailers via email. Your tasks will include basic product and technical support, warranty administration, credit processing, as well as handling and dispatching spare parts. You will also support the regular support team by taking over and completing simpler cases. This is a seasonal position from April to August, with a desired start date of April 7.

About you

We believe you have:

  • Experience in customer service in some form
  • Good digital skills and confidence in working with multiple systems
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Although it is not crucial for success in the role, we view technical interest positively. It is also an advantage if you speak Finnish, as we also handle cases from customers in the Finnish market.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone with a strong customer and service mindset who thrives in a changing, sometimes hectic environment. You need to be self-driven and proactive, as not all answers are always available. The role requires a very good ability to express oneself in writing to maintain good communication with our customers and retailers. You are flexible, curious, and able to switch between different tasks and systems easily. You are driven by helping others and delivering a positive customer experience in every interaction.
