We Are Looking For:

1. Personal Assistant, Permanent Position (100%)

Working Hours:

• Day: 07:00–15:00 (weekdays) or 08:00–16:00 (weekends)
• Evening: 15:00–20:00
• Start: As soon as possible, by agreement

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has some experience working in care, support, or similar – this is an advantage but not a requirement
• Has a nursing assistant qualification or similar care background – a big plus, but not a must
• Is reliable, attentive, and responsible
• Has retained their childlike spirit and enjoys coming up with activities
• Is physically fit and a non-smoker
• Enjoys working closely with a person and feels comfortable with personal care
• Wants to make a real difference

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at SAAND Assistans is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

According to legislation, we as employers are required to request a background check from all employees who will work as personal assistants for a child under 18 years old. To ensure the safety of our clients at SAAND Assistans, we obtain extracts from the criminal record of all our hires. Therefore, you will need to present an extract from the police's criminal record before a potential employment.
