Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a 9-year-old girl. The girl has significant needs for both medical and personal care.

We want you to be meticulous, reliable, and have your heart in the right place. Experience as a personal assistant, working with children, or in the healthcare sector is an asset, but not a requirement. We prefer someone with experience working with children. The important thing is that you fit well with the client and can handle the tasks that need to be performed. Personal suitability is highly valued. We prefer female assistants.

You should have the following qualities:

• Be a calm and secure person with your own drive.
• See and take responsibility for what needs to be done.
• Have a great ability to empathize with someone else's situation and perspective.
• It is important that you have experience working with children.
• You should be experienced and a quick learner.

Working hours are primarily scheduled from 07:00-16:00 or 14:45-21:00. Shifts are scheduled only during even weeks. The position is approximately 50%.

The girl is multiply disabled; she cannot move on her own at all. She cannot sit, stand, or hold up her head by herself. She is also blind. She needs help with everything. As an assistant, you must always think that you are her hands, feet, and eyes. The girl receives her nutrition and medications via a feeding tube. She also has epilepsy.
