We are now looking for a school social worker to Gislaved where you will work at the high school. The position is a temporary employment during a parental leave replacement.

Responsibilities

The role includes the tasks of a school social worker such as contact with students individually and in groups, guardians, school staff, and other relevant authorities, consultative work towards school management and educators, as well as conducting school social investigations on behalf of the principal. The work also includes collegial and competence-developing efforts such as supervision, professional meetings in the social worker group, and meetings in the central student health group.

Qualifications

A degree in social work or another equivalent university/higher education is required. Experience in social work with children/students is an advantage. Independence and collaboration should be combined in teamwork.
