In the resource group, you will work on assignments where the needs are more challenging and complex, and where a safe, clear, and professional approach is crucial. Our users have extensive functional variations, which means the work requires structure, stability, and the ability to handle demanding situations. At the same time, the assignments offer opportunities for variety, development, and the chance to contribute where your competence truly makes a difference.

The resource group exists to support the operations where the needs are greatest. This means you will meet several different users and can switch between various assignments. The work is carried out both independently and together with colleagues, depending on the nature of the assignment, with close collaboration and shared responsibility to create safety and quality in the interventions.

The work includes, among other things:

• working on assignments with high complexity and varying content
• meeting users with complex functional variations, including challenging behaviors and self-harm issues
• using low-arousal approaches, clear communication, and structure in daily life
• contributing to safety, calm, and stability in situations that can be demanding
• collaborating closely with colleagues, but also being able to work independently when needed

We are looking for someone with experience working within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), autism, psychiatry, or with challenging behaviors. You are flexible and can quickly adapt when working hours and assignments vary. You enjoy varied workdays, while remaining stable, secure, and professional even in stressful situations. You have a strong commitment to people and a good ability to create safety and trust, even when the situation places high demands on presence and approach.

The positions are permanent full-time or part-time, depending on what we agree upon. There is an opportunity for flexible hours.

Working hours vary depending on the position and can be scheduled for day, evening, or night – awake or sleeping.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant, support teacher, personal assistant, or have studied children and leisure.
• Experience with LSS, autism, challenging behaviors, or psychiatry.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both oral and written.
• Class B driver's license.
• The position requires an extract from the criminal register. The extract must be for HVB homes and is ordered via the Police website.
• We place great importance on personal qualities.
