Do you want to help develop new ways of working to meet the future of social services? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced team leader within statutory authority for children and young people.

In the role of team leader, you will work closely with social workers responsible for investigations and follow-ups of open support measures. The assignment focuses on statutory authority for children and young people aged 0–20 who, for various reasons, need support and protection from social services.

As a team leader, you play a key role in managing and supporting social workers in their daily work. You will also contribute to the development of operations and the work environment in close collaboration with the unit manager, other team leaders, and relevant partners.

The operation is characterized by close collaboration between employees, team leaders, and managers. Together we support each other in big and small ways and work towards a sustainable work environment with high quality in case handling.

As a team leader, you are a key person in the organization and report to the unit manager. As an employee, you are the most important resource for running a social service of good quality. For us, it is important to create a meaningful work situation with a good work environment and opportunities for recovery.

We are looking for someone who is stable, flexible, and has an easy way of collaborating. You have good knowledge of relevant legislation, methodology, and quality issues within the field of children and young people.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker (Sociologist).
• At least five years of experience in social work, including two years of experience in statutory authority for children and young people.
• Class B driver's license.
• Experience in a team leader function is an asset.
• We place importance on personal qualities.
