You will join an assistant team dedicated to providing the best possible support to our client. The client is a man in his mid-20s who lives in his own apartment and leads an active, social life. He studies in Jönköping two days a week, and as an assistant, you will accompany him via public transport. The rest of the time, he studies remotely. He uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with communication, personal care, household chores, and general support.

In his spare time, he is active as a youth leader within the church, and we view it as a positive asset if you share his Christian worldview. Another of his interests is working out at the gym. Several times a year, he attends various camps or conferences organized by his school or church, where your assistance will be required. These trips are often a rewarding part of the job.

The man communicates using picture support (Bliss), so it is essential that you have fluent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Beyond that, we are looking for a mature, responsible, cheerful, and positive person. You should be creative with a willingness to organize activities, while also being structured, as structure is vital in this role.

Requirements for this assignment:

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.

About the employment

The employment is permanent for as long as the assignment lasts.

We are seeking a position at 67%.

Working hours are scheduled as 24-hour shifts.

We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other benefits are provided according to collective agreements.

About the recruitment process
