The staffing function at the Department of Children and Education is tasked with meeting the need for substitutes for the municipal preschools in Värnamo. We now have a need for two new employees. To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable working independently while also having an easy time collaborating in a work team with various professional competencies.

Tasks

As a preschool teacher in the resource pool, you will be part of a team of 10 employees. Together, you will work to meet part of the daily need for substitutes at the municipality's preschools. During the workday, you will be led by a pedagogical leader and work according to the curriculum guidelines.

You will have a base placement as agreed, but you must be able to flexibly move around to preschools throughout the municipality.

Qualifications

To work in the preschool resource pool, a preschool teacher education or equivalent deemed equivalent by the employer is required.

You have a great ability for flexibility and are comfortable using digital tools every day. You are responsive, service-oriented, and adapt quickly when conditions change. You understand the importance of a professional approach and way of working.

You must be able to express yourself well in the Swedish language. A driver's license is a requirement.
