Welcome to apply as a preschool teacher to the Bor area, with current placement at Skogsbacken Preschool, located in the beautiful Gällaryd. The preschool consists of two departments and features a creative outdoor area with close access to forested areas. We collaborate extensively, and at our preschool, all children belong to everyone. We strive for sustainable development for both learning and the environment.

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you work based on the curriculum's mission and are responsible for the pedagogical activities. Together with your team, you actively and systematically work with pedagogical planning, observation, documentation, reflection, follow-up, and analysis. As a preschool teacher, you create a solid foundation for children's development and learning within a stimulating and creative learning environment. The working method is based on you being a happy, close, and co-researching pedagog alongside the children. You must have a trusting and close collaboration with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for preschool teachers who have good insight into the pedagogical mission of the preschool, as well as competence to work with digital tools for documentation.

You have a pedagogical perspective that combines professional care and teaching. Your collaboration is based on the curriculum and the municipality's value system. You are solution-focused and have the ability to adapt and meet everyday life in ways other than originally planned.

Terms

We conduct ongoing selection and interviews. The position will be filled subject to the necessary decisions being made.
