We are currently looking for a personal assistant who wants to work with us. You have a pedagogical approach and work with a holistic view of the user. In healthcare and social services, our focus is to strengthen the individual's independence. Your workplace is located in the town of Habo. Your working hours are daytime, evening, and on-call during weekdays and weekends. You will largely work alone with the user.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities involve providing care and support to the user. You will work in the user's home with everything that entails.

The person you will be working with leads an active life both physically and intellectually. Therefore, you need to have good fitness and strength as well as a general interest in social issues, culture, and sports; a sense of humor is also a plus. You will, for example, take long dog walks with the user, actively participate in pool training, and accompany them on trips and other cultural experiences. You need to have a driver's license as you will be driving the user in their car to various activities.

Daily work may also involve contacts with various authorities, etc.

Documentation in journals is done continuously.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who, with commitment, proximity, and responsibility, wants to work to help our user live as independently as possible. Ideally, you have training as a personal assistant.

You should be able to speak, write, and understand Swedish well. Communication with our users is important, and you should be able to document events in daily work.

You need to have a B driver's license. You will also occasionally drive the user in their car.

In personal assistance, the user has influence over who will provide their care and support. Before employment, a meeting is always scheduled with the user.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
