Job Advertisement: Engaged Employee Wanted for Anderstorp Parish

Anderstorp Parish is driven by committed employees - both paid, voluntary, and elected.

We want to continue developing volunteer staff, and our young leaders are important in both children's and youth work as well as worship development. We want the church to be a place where people can ask their questions, find answers, and grow as individuals and in their faith throughout their lives.

Our parish is characterized by openness towards the community through collaboration with associations and schools. Gislaveds pastorate runs preschools in Anderstorp and Gislaved. Many children are involved in our activities and enjoy attending family services and spaghetti services. We have many confirmands and a strong youth group that wants to continue to grow. We are involved in the initiative UMIV, Young Employees in Västbo, and have many young people participating in the initiative and holding volunteer positions in the parish.

• You to be able to work individually but above all together with other employees and volunteers.
• You to enjoy creating contacts and collaborating with other actors and be interested in development and change work.

For the position, it is required that you are:

• grounded in your Christian faith and a member of the Church of Sweden
• an educated pedagogue or have other education and/or experience that makes us find you suitable for the position.
• have a B driver's license

Start date according to agreement.
