Personal Assistant Wanted

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a woman in her 20s who studies and lives at Ädelfors Folk High School.

You will be a support in her daily life for a woman studying a dog training program. Therefore, it is important that you feel comfortable in an environment where dogs are present.

The support involves being there in her daily life, accompanying her in studies and activities, and being a present support when needed, while also performing the care tasks included in her daily routine.

Currently, the position involves round-the-clock assistance with rotating sleeping on-call duty during weekdays. In the future, weekend work will likely also be included. The working hours are rotating day, evening, night, and sleeping on-call.

We are looking for someone who is secure, warm, and attentive in their approach and enjoys creating stability and structure for another person. You have an interest in close and respectful collaboration, can balance independent work with good communication, and are attentive to how daily life can run smoothly. You need to be comfortable with dogs.

The extent is 80 percent and the position applies during her study period, approximately one and a half years. After that, there is an opportunity for a permanent position in another assistance assignment.

Qualifications

• We prefer that you have training as a personal assistant, nursing assistant, or have studied child and leisure.
• Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and nursing is an advantage.
• We place great importance on personal qualities.
