JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker in Mullsjö Municipality, you will have good conditions to do a great job. You will receive a basic introduction and continuous support from both colleagues and management. You will handle cases within the age group of 0-20 years. This will involve reception, investigations, outpatient interventions, placements, statements, and some family law. This gives you the opportunity to work broadly in the profession, which is both enjoyable and stimulating. In each investigation, we work with a lead caseworker and a co-caseworker.

The unit has regular meetings and supervision. As an employee, you have great opportunities to contribute to the unit's development to ensure that social work towards our citizens is as effective as possible.

With us, no one is specialized, which creates an open atmosphere that makes it easy to ask curious questions about what you need to learn more about. Together, we share responsibility for the tasks, which makes the sometimes complex work easier to manage.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work; it is an advantage if you have previously worked with public authority.

In your work, you are relationship-building and enjoy collaboration both within your own workgroup and with other organizations and authorities. You thrive in meetings with other people and have the ability to build trust, listen, and adapt to new people and situations. You are well-organized and plan your work independently, as well as convey information clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing. You are a confident person who enjoys taking responsibility.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
