Part-time Assistant Wanted – Personal Assistance in Jönköping

We are now looking for part-time assistants for our female client in Jönköping. If you are a stable, secure, and attentive person who wants to make a difference in someone else's daily life, this could be the right assignment for you.

About the Client

The client is a woman in her 40s with an intellectual disability who lives in her own apartment. She enjoys swimming, going on outings, watching movies, playing word games, and using her iPad. She requires assistance around the clock, and you will work where she is located. The tasks include personal care, support during meals, help with shopping, and accompanying her to daily activities and various events such as going for walks. The client exhibits challenging and outwardly aggressive behavior.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with a calm, stable, and patient demeanor due to the client's challenging and outwardly aggressive behavior. You should be attentive, proactive, and flexible when daily routines need to be adjusted. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement. You need to be proficient in Swedish, smoke-free, and not allergic to chlorine.

We Offer

You will receive a varied and meaningful job where you make a difference every day. We provide a good introduction where you will shadow an experienced assistant and offer continuous training. Working hours can be during the day, evening, weekend, night with waiting time, or full shifts on weekends. Start date is immediate or as agreed upon.
