Dedicated Personal Assistant Needed

We are looking for a dedicated and caring person who can act as a support and motivation source for a young boy with autism.

If you have experience working with children and feel comfortable with TAKK (Sign Language as Alternative and Complementary Communication), this could be a perfect opportunity for you!

About the Position:

As an assistant, you will work individually with the young boy and help him participate in various activities, both at home and outside. Your goal is to inspire and motivate him to engage, develop, and have fun. You will work closely with the rest of the family as the young boy is very social and loves to be with his family as much as possible in their activities.

Do You Recognize Yourself?

• Have experience working with children, especially with autism, ADHD, or other neuropsychiatric variations.
• Have knowledge of TAKK or be willing to learn.
• Be creative, patient, and have a positive attitude.
• Can adapt activities to the young person's interests and needs.

Working Hours and Employment Rate

50% position. You will work Sundays from 11 AM to 7 PM or 12 PM to 8 PM and one afternoon/night per week.

Your Salary

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and possible additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
