About the role

As an Educational Leader at Grit Academy, you will work on-site and be responsible for both student support and collaborations with the business community, where you will fill a key position responsible for mentorship, student follow-up, and management of LIA (internships). The position is part-time at 60% and may be expanded.

Your main responsibilities:

• Student support and mentorship: Guide and follow up on students' development to ensure that everyone reaches their goals and graduates.
• LIA management: Organize and ensure that all students have access to internships on time.
• Business collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with companies to strengthen the link between education and the labor market.
• Ambassadorship: Represent Grit Academy in various networks and act as a contact person for both companies and students.

Who we are looking for:

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• An academic degree and experience in mentoring, coaching, or similar roles.
• Experience speaking in front of groups and confidence in working both independently and in teams.
• A strong ability to build relationships and represent our organization professionally.
• A self-driven and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to take initiative and find solutions.
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
