JOB DESCRIPTION

As a teaching assistant, you are tasked with supporting the student during lessons, breaks, and leisure time. A clear focus on learning but also support in social interactions outside of lesson time. We have a relationship-based approach, and we want our students to succeed! As a teaching assistant with us, you will play an important role for the students you work with. You will also have the opportunity to work with your colleagues in the class and during leisure time to develop the school.

The position is a full-time temporary position until June 20, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a high school diploma and can work fluently in Swedish. It is an advantage if you have relevant education, such as a teaching assistant, social educator, or similar, but a high school education may also be considered.

To succeed in the role, you need to:

• possess good communication skills and can create good relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians
• be a secure person who dares to speak up while maintaining a good mood despite tough circumstances
• organize the work to create security for students in and outside the classroom and have an easy time collaborating

If you are offered the position, you will need to present a valid extract from the criminal record.
