The Sävast preschool area consists of three preschools. Lunda preschool (8 portals) opened in 2021, Tallbackens preschool (4 portals) was renovated a few years ago, and Örtavallen preschool (4 portals) is facing renovation in the future. The preschools look a bit different, with Lunda preschool having a common restaurant and square, while the other two preschools work with buffet and shared learning environments based on what the premises offer. The area is led by a principal together with an assistant principal and a coordinator, where the coordinator assists staff in everyday matters such as schedules, special support, and contact with guardians. The preschools work age-divided, systematically document projects and development talks in digital systems, and there is an organization for collegial collaboration. Key aspects of our everyday life are to develop children's language, create teaching in everyday situations, and treat each other well.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

For the Sävast preschool area, we are looking for you who are a preschool teacher and want to work with children aged 1-5 years. You are expected to be positive and have a holistic view. Together we find solutions to become strong together. You should be prepared to work during preschool opening hours and with children aged 1-5 years.

Our preschools have high competence, and you will have colleagues who strive to develop the operations together with you. Your closest colleagues will be those in your work team, 3 employees. Together, you will create teaching for your group of children, both with individual and joint planning time. You should be prepared to work the hours that the preschool is open. You will work towards the preschool's curriculum and strive to achieve increased goal fulfillment in an engaged and positive manner. You will use digital tools in the systematic quality work, where knowledge of digital tools is a requirement. It is important that you can see the whole and the needs based on this, both regarding the child and the group of children as well as for the best of your workplace. Your approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues is expected to be of high quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher. You should be flexible, cooperative, and solution-oriented. It is important that you follow common decisions and work for the best interests of the children in relation to the conditions the operations offer.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
