With 24/7 readiness, clinics across the country, and unique knowledge about animal health, we contribute to healthier animals and a safer life. As district veterinarians, we work on behalf of private individuals, companies, and authorities. We offer community-supporting services for emergency veterinary care, infection control, and preventive measures for good animal health. Always with our feet on the ground and our hearts in the right place. The District Veterinarians are part of the Swedish Board of Agriculture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a veterinary nurse or animal caretaker with us, you will work in a varied everyday life with colleagues who help each other where needed. You will work both on an outpatient basis at the clinic and in anesthesia and surgery. You will work with overall healthcare hygiene and also fulfill our daily hygiene tasks by managing laundry, instruments, and cleaning. You will have a lot of contact with our customers by working at the reception and answering the phone.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed veterinary nurse or animal caretaker, preferably with experience in clinical work. You are an engaged and solution-oriented team player who supports and works for the team's best and towards common goals. You are accommodating and attentive in your interactions with our customers to provide them with a good experience of their contact with us. The conditions of the workday can change quickly, and you need to be able to make decisions and assess what best supports a good flow and workflow in the work. We are specifically looking for you who have an interest in and knowledge of emergency care and anesthesiology. You have a desire and ambition to help develop our operations. Experience with both small animals and horses is an advantage.
