Business Description

Tallbackaskolan is a primary school (F-6) with approximately 350 students, including an after-school department and two preparatory classes, located in a residential area between Gällivare and Malmberget. At Tallbackaskolan, we work with parts of the Gällivare model, which means that in each class in grades 1-2, there is a responsible teacher for teaching and a class mentor. In grades 3-6, a responsible teacher works with the support of a class mentor who may be associated with one or more classes. The central student health services are located at the school, and students have access to a school counselor, school nurse, 2 special educators, a school psychologist, and the principals. The after-school department is a complement to the school where students develop their skills through various forms of expression based on the students' interests.

Job Responsibilities

You are positive, create engagement, participation, and cater to the needs of each student. As a person, you are attentive and build good relationships. In working with the students, you are clear in your leadership. You are also a mentor for the class's students.

Qualifications
We are looking for a qualified teacher with a teaching license. You should be responsible, clear, and driven, as well as have an easy time building good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Engagement, solution focus, innovative thinking, interest in and ability to collaborate are qualities that the school values. Personal suitability is of great importance.
