RESPONSIBILITIES

The position involves work in two different projects. In one, you will be a part-time project manager throughout 2025. The project is a feasibility study to develop the prerequisites for a "Boden sustainability center" - an arena for innovation and sustainability development. The initiators of the project are Boden Municipality together with Stegra. The assignment involves leading and driving the feasibility study forward to a proposal for establishing the Boden sustainability center, by exploring the possibilities in four different blocks; collaboration partners, business content, physical conditions, and financing model. You are responsible for preparing all documentation and reporting in the project, and for presenting in various forums that the project involves.

In the second project, your role consists of tasks as a project assistant. This project is led by Luleå University of Technology, and is carried out together with them and Luleå Municipality. This project aims to help subcontractors in the steel industry in Norrbotten meet the requirements for a green transition through targeted training efforts and competence-enhancing activities. Here too, the assignment involves collaboration between academia, business, and the public sector. Your assignment here runs throughout the entire employment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in education, communication, sustainability, or business.

You have documented experience of previous work in projects, with external funding, preferably in the role of project manager.

You have a good ability to collaborate and interact with different stakeholders. As a person, you are thorough, communicative, and proactive. You have the ability to drive your work forward and ensure that all parts of the project are worked on and followed up.
