Hermelinen offers a wide range of training and well-being activities for all ages. One of our most popular training concepts is water aerobics, where we are now looking to expand our instructor team.
As a group fitness instructor at Hermelinen, you are the face of the company. Being positive, spreading joy, and having a personal charisma are great qualities for you as a group fitness instructor. The most important thing is to enjoy conveying the joy of exercise and inspiring people to be their best selves in their training.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is trained or interested in becoming a water aerobics instructor.
- Is structured and flexible.
- Is attentive and responsive to participants.
- Has a solid interest in group training.
- Has good social skills.
- Is able to hold at least one regular class per week, preferably during the day.
- Has experience in group training as a participant or instructor.
Previous experience as a water aerobics instructor is a plus.
