Job Responsibilities

As a substitute in the Substitute Pool, you will be employed through the Staffing Unit and substitute for short and long-term needs with principals within the Education Department. Working in the Substitute Pool gives you the opportunity to try out different assignments at our schools. The common work is based on a positive attitude and an ability to see the individual student as well as the group's needs. The Staffing Unit is responsible for your placement, and you will be assigned a position where the needs are. An excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with our operations, and then have the opportunity to apply for a future vacant position in the operation where you feel most comfortable.

Qualifications

To be employed in the Substitute Pool as a teacher, you need to be studying for or have a degree and certification as a teacher. You need to be familiar with the school's steering documents and have good pedagogical skills, as well as be interested in working in the school's various activities. Therefore, as an employee with us, you need to appreciate working flexibly and be curious to try out different assignments in the school.

Employment

Permanent employment as a teacher requires a degree certificate and teacher certification. For those who are studying to be a teacher and will graduate in 2025, we can offer you a temporary employment according to the Education Act.
