Dundret Preschool is a parent cooperative without profit interest, where the I Ur och Skur pedagogy is the foundation of our operations. We are looking for someone who wants to continue developing our working methods and learning environments based on the curriculum.

The educational activities are managed by the principal together with the staff, all of whom are qualified and have extensive experience in preschool operations.

We believe you are a preschool teacher with a passionate interest in outdoor life and outdoor pedagogy and that you want to help develop a preschool operation in close collaboration with children and parents. You enjoy spending time outdoors in all weather, see opportunities, and have the ability to think outside the box. You appreciate that each day can look different.

The preschool offers further training as an outdoor educator within I Ur och Skur. We also provide educational meals, work clothes, wellness grants, proximity to nature, and great freedom to shape the operations based on governing documents.

The position is full-time and ongoing from 2025-08-04, with mentoring available.

The assignment in the position is divided into about 20% Principal and 80% Preschool Teacher.

It is advantageous if you are an educated principal. If you have not completed the principal program, you will receive a permanent employment as a staff member and an appointment as a principal during the training period. We apply a probationary employment.
