JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a nursing assistant/care assistant involves helping the user according to their individual needs in personal care, meal situations, transfers, activities, etc. An important task is to support the healthy aspects of the users. This means providing them support and encouraging them to continue doing what they can manage on their own. We place great emphasis on the contact person role and work with the individual's best interests at heart. Our goal is for users to experience dignity and well-being as much as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

We primarily seek those who have studied the health and care program at the high school level, or other education/experience as a care assistant that the employer considers equivalent. It is advantageous if you have experience in care work and knowledge of dementia diseases.

Recognizing the various needs and possibilities of the users is a given for you. It is important that you have a professional and respectful approach and the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment to promote good cooperation. The work requires medical care work as delegated by a nurse. The work also includes documentation in the Combine system.

A driver's license is required.
