Kiruna municipality has a total of 12 primary schools, geographically spread across the municipality. The primary school is tasked with providing students with knowledge and values and developing their ability to acquire these. We prepare our students for active life choices in the future.

Kiruna municipality has a total of 21 preschools, geographically spread across the municipality. Typically, the preschools have two to three departments, but there are also smaller preschools. The largest operation has five departments. The preschool's task is to stimulate children's development and learning and provide children with safe care. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The preschool team consists of staff who visit various preschools in Kiruna municipality where you will meet many children and colleagues within the preschool. The preschool team comes to a preschool to give regular educators the opportunity for joint planning. Therefore, it is important that you are a person who is flexible and enjoys variation, both regarding colleagues, children, parents, and workplaces.

In your work in the preschool team, you will work with the children on dance, singing, and other aesthetic expressions. You will work together in a team based on applicable governing documents and guidelines for preschools. Together in the team, you will work for the children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a childcare education. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, initiative-taking, and goal-oriented, with an approach that is adaptable to the situation. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. A positive outlook where opportunities rather than obstacles are highlighted is characteristic of you. We prefer that you have experience working in preschools. It is an advantage if you can play an instrument. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

It is important for this position that you have a driver's license.
