RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker in the Children and Youth Unit, you will have an exciting and meaningful role where you can make a difference for children and young people. You will work with preliminary assessments, investigations, support, and follow-up of interventions for children, young people, and parents. We work according to BBIC (Children's Needs in Focus), which is a unified system for social child welfare. The goal of our work is to help parents manage their interpersonal relationships and parenting roles better. Ultimately, the goal is for the children and young people in the families to thrive. We strive to provide families with support at an early stage and as much as possible in their home environment. To achieve this goal, we collaborate with other resources, such as authorities and organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people and who wants to make a positive difference in their lives. Additionally, you have:

A degree in social work or ongoing social work education with graduation in the near future
A valid Swedish B driver's license
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Experience in social investigation and treatment work with children and young people and/or documentation experience is an advantage.

As a person, you are structured, relationship-building, and solution-oriented. We place great importance on your personal competencies.
