Are you a nursing assistant or preschool teacher with a focus on social work or equivalent?

For individuals who have decisions regarding daily activities or employment, we are the job they go to during the day, and we are responsible for 11 different workplaces as well as business placements within Bodens Kommun.

We are now starting and developing service groups that work more integrated with other operations, as we have seen that it benefits our main participants' development and well-being. Our participants can thus develop to their 100%, and by working more out in the community, we are part of society. Being part of it is important!

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop something new and who is driven, creative, and flexible, even though the base is the guiding work around our participants. You will be part of a group that works externally, but the base placement is at Café 12:an. Both based on the external assignments and in the café environment, it is a social and mobile job where you are often on the go.

In your role as team leader, you will pedagogically plan, guide, coach, and motivate individuals in their daily tasks. You are responsible for ensuring that the participants' planning is current and aims to strengthen the individual's self-determination and belief in their own abilities. Care is included in the tasks based on the participants' various needs. You will be part of a work team with good colleagues and close support from the unit manager.

We strive for each individual to reach 100% of their own ability and to be able to participate in the community. Our operation offers the individual stimulation, development, meaningfulness, and community according to their wishes. An overarching goal is also to develop the individual's opportunities for work in the short or long term, which can include both habilitative activities and more production-oriented tasks. We base our work on the individual's needs and conditions when we plan and work to help the individual take steps in their own development and strengthen their ability to influence their own life.

QUALIFICATIONS

In the role of team leader, the approach is of utmost importance, as well as the willingness to work collaboratively with the individuals we work with.

You will meet a wide spectrum of people with various challenges in their daily lives. The disabilities of those who primarily participate in our operations vary from those with neuropsychiatric disabilities (autism, ADHD, etc.), cognitive disabilities, mental disabilities/illnesses, etc. You need the ability to quickly adjust your approach and working methods as the individuals' needs can differ greatly. Social documentation and some care are included in the daily work.

We believe that you enjoy working TOGETHER in a team and contribute your experience and competence to the development of the operation.

You have the ability to review, analyze, and assess your own work and thus contribute to quality interventions and assess when another competence than your own is needed.

Requirements:

• Degree or final grades from the Health and Care program, alternatively degree or final grades from the Child and Recreation program with a focus on social work or equivalent.
• B driver's license for manual transmission

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working with the target group

Please attach your teaching certification or diploma. A criminal record extract must be presented before employment in preschool and primary school as well as for work within daily activities.
